Model: LS-430B This model applied the guide rod to finish the box forming,which ensures the high accuracy and safety. New separating blade is used on this moderl to keep a perfect separate from paper and roller. PLC control ensure the easy setting and fast changing. Ultrasonic testing system applied on this model avoids the double paper feeding problem. The glue tank is equipped with a temperature recycling control system,tank washing can be done by the machine itself automatically. Edge folding and tucking in function is driven by both mechanical and pneumatic system,which enable this model to finish high turn in and long edge folding. This model is equipped with a testing system combined by hydro pneumatic technology and photoelectrical detecting system,which enable the machine to spot the rigid box on the gluer paper.
